- Work to create an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and able to bring their most authentic and best selves to work each day.
- Create and implement engagement strategies to promote awareness and adoption of the Tangoe brand across the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Design and execute engagement surveys, perform analysis of results, build action plans, and track progress against planned initiatives and commitments.
- Implement major internal initiatives and engagement activities such as virtual events, wellness activities, town hall meetings, internal announcements, and more.
- Develop a strategy to reach and engage remote team members, specifically utilizing Microsoft Teams, as well as employee panels to increase engagement.

Podcast Host/Creative Communications Manager, Tangoe—Shelton, Connecticut (February 2018—October 2020)
- Host and produce all associated audio content for the weekly What is Culture? podcast utilizing the audio software, Audacity, in order to edit interviews for quality, length, and conciseness.
- Research guests, prepare questions, and conduct interviews (both in person and virtually) with Tangoe employees, as well as non-Tangoe employees, including psychology professors, authors, keynote speakers, and other professionals, with the intention to better understand the inner workings of corporate culture.
- Manage all podcast content within Podomatic, a podcast hosting service, in order to release episodes across multiple podcast apps, including Apple, Google, Spotify, Stitcher, and more.
- Write all companion content for the website whatisculturepodcast.com (which I independently built and manage), while also generating daily content for associated social media channels.
